The Skit Book: 101 Skits From Kids
Author:
Illustrator:
Margaret Read MacDonald
Every spring parents come into my library desperate for a book of skits. They have been put in charge of skit night at 5th grade eco-camp. Finally I decided to just write one for them. I asked every kid I met what skits they recalled from camp. When I reached 101, I sent in the manuscript. These skits are the folklore of kids. They pass them from person to person as the kids move from camp to camp.
I give outlines for 101 camp skits. The kids in your group will easily improv a performance from this.
