My family started singing rounds at the dinner table one night and soon ran out of fodder. So I rounded up some more, then went to Winnie Jaeger's house to ask for help with transcription. She ran into her closet and pulled out a whole mountain of round collections, some from her youth in Germany. Later we tested the book out with a round sing at the home of Winnie and author Mary Whittington. What fun!The book contains 80 singable rounds. Since Winnie is honorary vice-president of the American Recorder Society, she made sure the rounds are good for recorder part-playing too.
